Human being is the only creation of Almighty Allah who was endowed almost all types of Kinetic & Potential Energies.
The postulate which says energy can neither be created nor can be destroyed is very true in case of a human being, as nobody can create a human being except The Creator, who created all types of energies as well as the human being & promised that I will send you down where you will dwell for a certain period of time & again will lift you up on the day of judgment, where either you will be rewarded or punished according to the deeds you perform during your brief sojourn in the world. The energies & powers bestowed upon us by the Almighty Allah before sending us down, remained in our use to fight the various odds in this world & to utilize them as per our will either for the benefit or for the humiliation of mankind during the brief stay over here, & they remained operational throughout our life span. They seize to work when we become inoperative physically (i.e. when we virtually become breathless) during our stay in our graves, but remain functional in our spiritual form in some form or the other, oblivious to other fellow beings, (which means our life continues in the world hereafter). Life is not the result of the operation of the organs, nor is it gone when the body dissolves. On the day of resurrection when all human beings will be reenergized with full strength of all energies initially conferred to their soul (to be utilized in their physical form after birth), that day everybody will bear the fruit of his deeds which he performed during his worldly affairs. If the energy would have the ability to get destroyed, then it would be very easy for us to get away from the eternal punishments for the misdeeds performed & agonies rendered to other fellow beings. Similar will be the case for rewards accomplished (Paradise Gained) due to the good deeds performed during their worldly stay.
